Remember that you need to make some changes in your life specially if you want to have a better quality and of course if you want to enjoy more with your couple in the bed, is possible that you need to make some drastic changes, for example, diet is really important a good diet, and well you know is possible that your doctor recommend you other changes too, but when you visit your doctor well he says what do you need to do.
